MYDIA is a B2B GTM engineering business operating through mydia.io, helping European B2B companies connect marketing activity, account intelligence and sales activation into one operating system.
For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, Mydia S.A.S. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and for MYDIA's own business activities, unless stated otherwise.

When MYDIA processes personal data strictly on behalf of a client as part of a GTM engagement, MYDIA may act as a data processor, with the client acting as controller, in line with the applicable agreement or data-processing terms. Section 7 below explains this in more detail.
2
The information MYDIA collects depends on how you interact with mydia.io or with MYDIA as a business. It generally falls into the following categories.
Where applicable:
Where applicable:
During a client engagement, MYDIA may access or process data contained in systems authorised by the client, such as CRM, advertising, analytics, enrichment or GTM platforms. The exact data processed depends entirely on the scope of the engagement and what the client authorises MYDIA to access.
3
MYDIA may obtain personal data:
4
| Purpose | What this means |
|---|---|
| Responding to enquiries | To respond when someone contacts MYDIA or requests a GTM Audit. |
| Providing services | To deliver agreed GTM engineering, consulting, implementation and related services. |
| Managing client relationships | To administer contracts, communications, projects and billing. |
| GTM Audit | To review the information and systems made available to MYDIA and prepare the requested diagnostic. |
| Website operation and improvement | To maintain security, understand website usage and improve user experience. |
| Business development | Where legally permitted, to communicate with relevant B2B prospects or existing contacts about MYDIA services. |
| Legal and security obligations | To maintain records, prevent misuse, establish or defend legal claims and comply with applicable laws. |
5
MYDIA relies on the legal basis appropriate to each activity, rather than a single basis for all processing.
Where processing is necessary to enter into or perform an agreement, for example delivering a GTM Engine programme.
For reasonable B2B business development, website security, business administration and service improvement, where those interests are not overridden by an individual's rights.
Where consent is required, including for certain cookies, analytics or marketing activities.
Where MYDIA is required to retain or process information to comply with applicable law.
6
When someone requests a Free GTM Audit, MYDIA may process:
This information is used to evaluate the request, understand the company's existing GTM activity and prepare the diagnostic output.
7
When clients give MYDIA access to CRM, advertising, analytics, enrichment or other business systems, the client generally determines why the underlying personal data is processed. Where MYDIA processes that information solely according to the client's instructions, MYDIA acts as a processor or service provider rather than a controller.
In that role, MYDIA:
These commitments apply within the scope MYDIA can operationally support and as set out in the applicable client agreement or data-processing terms.
8
Depending on the activity, personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:
Service providers receive only the information necessary for their role and are subject to appropriate contractual and data-protection safeguards where required.
9
Some technology providers MYDIA relies on, including Webflow, may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, MYDIA relies on applicable transfer mechanisms where required, such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other legally recognised safeguards. MYDIA does not claim that all data remains within the EU.
10
MYDIA retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, taking into account:
MYDIA has not defined a single universal retention period, since the appropriate length varies by system and purpose. Marketing and contact data is retained according to applicable legal requirements and MYDIA's documented retention practices. Where MYDIA establishes specific retention periods for particular systems, they will be added here.
11
mydia.io may use necessary cookies and, where enabled and legally permitted, analytics or marketing technologies. This section is intentionally short — full details are provided in MYDIA's Cookie Policy.
A cookie consent and preference-management interface is not yet implemented on mydia.io. Once available, a "Manage cookie preferences" link will be added here and in the site footer.
12
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
If you are located in France or otherwise fall under the competence of the CNIL, you can find more information at cnil.fr.
To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@mydia.io. MYDIA may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
13
You can opt out of MYDIA marketing communications at any time, either through the unsubscribe link included in the message or by contacting MYDIA directly. Opting out of marketing does not prevent MYDIA from sending communications that are necessary to deliver a service you have requested.
14
MYDIA uses appropriate organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or misuse. No system is completely secure, and MYDIA cannot guarantee that security incidents will never occur.
15
MYDIA does not currently make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals solely through automated processing. Account or intent scoring used in GTM Engine programmes informs human decision-making by MYDIA and its clients; it does not, on its own, produce a legal or similarly significant effect. This section will be reviewed if that changes.
16
mydia.io may link to external websites and services. MYDIA is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies separately.
17
MYDIA's services are intended for businesses and business professionals and are not directed to children. MYDIA does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through this website.
18
MYDIA may update this Privacy Policy as its services, technology, legal requirements or data practices change. The current "Last updated" date is shown at the top of this page.
